ปอดแฟบ (Atelectasis)
ภาวะปอดแฟบเกิดจาก การขยายตัวของปอดที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ซึ่งอาจเกิดจากการหายใจตื้น สิ่งอุดตันในหลอดลม หรือแรงดันจากภายนอก ทำให้ถุงลมแฟบลง ส่งผลให้ร่างกายได้รับออกซิเจนไม่เพียงพอ หากรุนแรงอาจหมดสติได้
อาการที่ควรระวัง
ผู้ป่วยจะหายใจลำบาก หอบเหนื่อยง่ายขณะทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ
มีลักษณะตัวเขียวเนื่องจากร่างกายได้รับออกซิเจนไม่เพียงพอ
การขยายตัวของทรวงอกน้อยลง

การรักษาทางกายภาพบำบัด
1. เคาะปอด เพื่อระบายเสมหะภายในปอด
2. สอนหายใจ
3. สอนไอ
4. ออกกำลังกายเพื่อเพิ่มการขยายตัวของปอด
หากมีอาการเหล่านี้ ควรรีบปรึกษาแพทย์เพื่อป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพ
