We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Associate Professor Dr. Chanchai Sitthiphan, former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and the Palliative Care Center, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society, for the great honor and opportunity extended to us.

On this occasion, Dr. Gengpong Tangarunsanti, an internist and Hospital Director, was invited to share his experiences in the development of continuous elderly care and palliative care through the work of Chersery Home International Senior Care Hospital and the Association, which was greatly appreciated.

We hope that this will be beneficial for medical students and residents in gaining a broader perspective on continuous care, which will be valuable for their future professional practice.
